Honda Debuts Fastport eQuad at New York Auto Show

New York, NY – March 27, 2026: The New York International Auto Show will spotlight the future of urban logistics as Honda introduces Fastport, its new micromobility business focused on transforming last-mile delivery. Taking center stage during Media Days, the all-electric Fastport eQuad will be featured in a dedicated press event from 1:20–1:40 p.m. ET on April 1 at the EV Hybrid Test Track (Level 1), where Fastport Chief of Operations Jamie Davies will share the latest updates and lead a walk-around and demonstration of the vehicle.

Developed by Honda’s New Business Innovation Lab, Fastport represents a new Fleet-as-a-Service (FaaS) venture designed to tackle one of the most complex challenges in modern transportation: efficient urban delivery. The zero-emission eQuad is engineered specifically for bike-lane use, combining a pedal-by-wire assist system with swappable Honda Mobile Power Pack batteries and advanced software-defined vehicle technology. With features such as regenerative braking, modular cargo configurations, and an enclosed rider cabin, the eQuad delivers a quiet, efficient, and highly adaptable solution for dense urban environments.

Media and industry attendees will have the opportunity to experience the Fastport eQuad firsthand with demo rides available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET on April 1 and 2 at the EV Hybrid Test Track.
